FONTÄN
Fontän is a neo psychedelic band and a non-conventional cross over act. Mind altering, lengthy numbers is a live trademark which they’ve been practicing to perfection during the last decade.
Jesper Jarold and Johan Melin has since the dawn of the millennia, balanced on the thin line between different genre conventions, fine-tuned to hit just the right note and finding the perfect combination of soundscape and groove.
With additional live musician Anders Kjellberg, the compositions transform into more improvisational based and dance oriented versions than on the records, with tracks stretching beyond ten minutes, turning any traditional live venue into a dance club.
Years ahead of their time, or maybe just moving beside or outside of time, Fontän never follow artistical trends.
They create their own musical universe in which they dwell peacefully and happy, creating music to get lost in.
